Matt's Typewriter Haiku

This is a small poem by one of my students.

  4. Do quite like it. There's a kigo (season word; winter) inside, but it would be a bit better if there's more nature in it, I think.

  5. Very good. Do typewriters stimulate poetic production? My 11-year-old daughter was busily writing a long poem on her red Smth-Corona at yesterday's type-in.

    From what I hear, it's DEFINITELY not winter in Phoenix.

  6. I think Richard might be onto something. I never wrote a word of poetry in my life... until I started collecting manual typewriters. Now I tap out a few verses from time to time.
